Alright, granola lovers, here's the deal: Once you place your order, we get that precious cargo shipped out within 72 hours – that's three whole days for us to lovingly pack your granola and get it on its way to your hungry belly. We use USPS Priority Mail, which usually means you'll have your hands on that crunchy goodness within 5 days of shipping. But hey, even the best-laid plans can go sideways, right?

Sometimes, the mail system decides to throw a tantrum (we get it, those mail carriers have a tough job!). So, there's a tiny chance your package might take a detour or arrive a little roughed up. Or maybe – and we really hope this doesn't happen – we messed up and missed an item in your order.

Whatever the reason, if something ain't right, don't just sit there and grumble! Give us a shout within 24 hours of getting your order, and we'll make it right, faster than you can say "Pass the granola!"
